DK2L Media LLC (“DK2L,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our websites or interact with our online services.
This policy applies to dk2lmedia.com, kfoxdigitalradio.com, wellsoflove.com when launched, and other DK2L Media LLC websites that link to this policy. It does not apply to a separately operated nonprofit organization or to third-party websites and apps, which have their own privacy practices.

Information you provide. When you contact us, submit a song request or dedication, sign up for updates, make a purchase, or complete another form, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, message, dedication, and information needed to respond to your request.
Information collected during a visit. Our websites and the providers that support them may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Cookies and similar technologies may help operate the websites and measure their use.
Listening information. When you play KFOX Digital Radio, our streaming provider may receive technical information needed to deliver the stream and measure listening, such as your IP address, device information, and listening activity. If you listen through a third-party app or platform, that provider’s privacy policy also applies.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve our websites and radio services; deliver the audio stream; respond to messages, requests, and dedications; process transactions where offered; send updates you have requested; measure site and station performance; maintain security; and meet legal obligations.
On the dedication page, we ask you to check a box confirming that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy before submitting your dedication. Other forms on our websites may not have this checkbox. Checking it does not sign you up for promotional emails.
A dedication submitted for broadcast may be heard by listeners. Please do not include sensitive information about yourself or another person in your dedication. Submitting a dedication does not guarantee that it will be played.
